Kesediaan Pentadbir Terhadap Amalan Mengurus Perubahan Dalam Organisasi Sekolah
Abstract
This concept paper aims to discuss the relationship of administrator readiness to change management practices in schools. This concept paper is based on Michael Fullan Theory and Mckinsey7-S Working Frame Model. The findings of previous studies indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between the readiness of administrators and the practice of managing change in schools. In addition, this concept paper is also expected to have implications for government policy, namely by ensuring high-performing leadership is placed in schools and improving administrative leadership style practices. The State Education Department needs to play a role by providing training to reduce stress and increase teacher commitment. Meanwhile, the IAB through NPQEL can improve courses related to human resource management and excellent communication practices so that new administrators can make changes that have a positive impact on school people. In conclusion, the willingness of administrators in managing change in the organization in terms of strategy, leadership, systematic work culture, management skills, environment, and organizational goals help change to be implemented well.
