Pengaruh Amalan Kepimpinan Autentik Pengetua Dan Penggunaan Media Sosial Terhadap Pemindahan Latihan
Abstract
A positive work environment is built through leaders who can encourage teachers to continuously transfer training. Furthermore, the use of social media to help increase interaction, sharing and efficiency in professionalism activities. This article aims to propose a conceptual framework model for researching the relationship of the principal’s authentic leadership and use of social media to the transfer of training in Malaysia. This study identifies two independent variables consisting of authentic leadership and the use of social media whereas transfer of training as a dependent variable of the study. The conceptual framework of the study is explained using person-environment fit theory. Generally, this study will prove that from the support of the principal's authentic leadership and the use of social media indeed will enhance the transfer of teacher training. This article can be used as a reference for improvement in educational management through aspects of leadership and organisational development.
